Powers of Darkness that you can’t see

Buddhism was the state religion in Thailand. Most people however practiced Animism, worshiping of the spirits of their ancestors. In every village you could find so called “spirit house” in which the spirits of the ancestors could live.

Every Buddhist Sabbath day the people took food to the spirits .The purpose for doing this was to gain the spirits favour. The population displayed a deep respect for ancestral spirits and feared them. These spirits controlled the lives of the people. If anybody neglected this kind of worship, he would be punished by the ancestral spirits, either by falling ill or any other kind of sorrow .Illness meant punishment from the spirits. A spirits medium would be called in the determine cause and the appropriate offering for the spirits to gain back their favour. Usually it was a few fowls, but some time it could be a pig or a chicken depending on the seriousness of the illness. Normally, the medium would accuse the sick person of being the cause, though it could also happen that another villager was accused of causing the illness. And also have Animism holds the belief that certain people possess powers to make other people ill. ! It was spirit medium’s task to determine who had causes the illness, either the patient himself or somebody else. My grandfather was a doctor healing people, before that they can’t go to the doctor because; it was very far from the city. I saw my grandfather healing peoples since I was young. Example people are broken leg, Arm or has pain some part of body and illness.  When I reached the age of about fourteen years old, when my grandfather injury or illness at the time, he told me that follow the word after me and do what I say.  And I had learned black magic from my grandfather to protect his ill.   Those are amazing thing. It is no more than a day or two days of those symptoms were gone. In 2008 my grandfather told me in the month of October you should come back home and I will teach you black magic. Those a time I didn’t have time to go. Because I am work and I do not have time to go back and learn black magic. Until 2009 God’s called me by dream 3 times that’s why I believe. However our God has powers than that spirits. Isn’t it?

Why are you crying here?

One day a man when to the Church for cutting grass. He saw a girl set on a step of the Church, A girl was crying and holding a pink file. “A man when to a girl and asking” What your name girl and why are you sitting here? Why don’t you go to school? She didn’t want answers. And then a Man sat beside her and talked with her. What is class are you going with?  And where is school?  I’m in five grade “I’m studying Srimuang Mai School.She answers” well , why don’t you go to school? She shook her head and say I don’t want to go!  She was crying. “A men started to talk” For me I liked go to school because, It was fun to be with friend and It was fun for study more than I sitting here alone without friend. Don’t you think? A man asked. She was stopped to cry.  And a man was asking again. Are you going to school?  A man gave money to her and she when to school. A man was happy and going  to cut grass :D

Happy to play ski.

 In 12-14 of March  we went to Sirdal with IMI staffs. That's was very excited for us to play ski. This time it second time for me to play ski. It was better then first time when I play in Bergen.  But first time for my friends from Laos we're so glad :) We are about 21 peoples there. First day we were play ski 8 Km. up to the hill and down,we're also fail down many times but it was fun. In second day jack had pains in his foot and he can't go. That was so sad! Just me and Noy went with them. That time we divided two group  Play ski and Slalomski. Noy would like to play ski more. I would like to try Slalomski. We brought food for lunch. I was rent Slalomski. When I wear Slalomski shoes , I feel not normal to walk. I walked like robot!  Ater that I had two teachers taught me how to play Slalomski. They are Stiv and Jesica.  Then we went up the hill ,but it not long way. and then they taught me how to play and how to stop. I had learned three times. Now I can control a little bit. and then we tries  to longer. So  I feel better now. Yes! I can do it. and then we tries to another place. It was high more then first place. I also fail down when  have got higher hill. and we have lunch together. after lunch we playing again.After lunch it was better for me I'm not fail many time. i can control and stopped it.  It was very fun I like it  so much. :)

Traveling Bergen

In 8 - 11 of March 2012 We have been to Bergen and we were stayed with  Tore and Mildred Heggernes. I was very nice to been their. We been to visit NMSU, we met Justin and Evanson there and Own students from Hald about 20 peoples there and eat Thai food. We  had visit 3 churches in Bergen testimony and shared and we were happy to been there.

         I was in  Church in Bergen. It have not many youth go to Sunday church. I have ask some of youth.. Why do not have youth go to church. they said: Youth thinking it was boring to go to church, they have old song and just sit down and stand up when they're sing a song. But they have got Youth Club for youth  every Friday. That was nice for them.

Experience with ice

 I was born in the small village. We had three season are Summer  Rain  and Winter ,but Winter in Thailand  do not the same in Norway. We don't have Snow in Thai. I was very excited to see Snow here,it is first time for me to saw Snow. In 16-18 Dec 2011 I was  play ski in Bergen  I  was fall any time and i do not know how to stop!  But it was very fun.

 Jeg er på besøk hus svein Erik og Føydis på hytter i Åpta  dager 16-19 Feb 2012. Her er det snø og is på vanne.Jeg har gott på isen til og med kjørt på isen med ATV . Det var spesielt noe jeg trodde var umumulek.Nå har jeg er fart at det er mulik. Og det var en stor opplevese. Jeg har til og med badet i isvannet. Svein Erik og føydis er som forelder for meg.

Built the swimming pool.

Ohh! Now , It's 1.5 degrees outside  we walk to the swimming pool. And  when I came to the pool is will became ice again. This is was good experience for me to bath in the ice .the water is very very cold. but when i walked out from water it is warm. and we were run to shower. Oh. I  was fiel very good.

 

First time touching Snow

            Yesterday in the Evening after that we have church service. I was meeting with Jack,  Noy, Numphueng about  kl.09.30 . Snow was coming .we are happy to see it. This is the first time for us to touching Snow. And Numphueng is very happy to see Snow .And she was a very loud scream home. Some people in the house they were panicking it. And they are open the door and asked, what happened? They think what happens in ours house. It is fire? They asked us. No, it is not think happen, Just Numphueng very happy to see Snow.


 

 I had a dream of long time ago. “I want to see Snow” So now I am so happy to saw it.

 Autumn is over, Winter was coming . It is beautiful view.
